Old Number One Trolley Tours
Tours originate at the Chamber of Commerce, 1000 George Street. Tour historic Butte 7 days a week (Memorial Day - Labor Day) at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. Limited Tours in September. Admission charged. For reservations call 406-723-3177.
Arts Chateau
321 West Broadway. This turn of the century mansion, built in 1898, is both a community art center and museum. The Chateau was the original home of Charles Clark, son of the copper king W.A. Clark. Admission charged. Tours available. Summer: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Evenings: Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Winter: Limited hours. 723-7600.
Anselmo Mine Yard
Calendonia and Excelsior. Interpretive center brings Butte’s mining history to life. Free admission. Open June 15 through August 17; Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 406-497-6275 or 406-723-3177.
Dumas Brothel Museum
45 E. Mercury. Open until 1982 it now serves as an historical reminder of our past. Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., May though September. Admission charged for guided tours. 406-723-6128
World Museum of Mining & 1899 Mining Camp

Granite Mountain Mine Memorial
An open air memorial dedicated to hardrock mining’s worst disaster. Located off North Main St., just past the St. Lawrence Church, turn right – follow signs. Free admission. 406-723-3177
